About the role

  • Manager Mobility at CYBEX overseeing Travel and Fleet Management. Focused on optimizing policies and ensuring compliance while enhancing traveler experience.

Responsibilities

  • Independent strategic and operational leadership of travel management and fleet administration
  • Design, implementation and continuous optimization of mobility policies, guidelines and processes
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements related to mobility and transportation
  • Coordination and management of domestic and international business travel for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to the travel policy while delivering a seamless and positive travel experience
  • Provide expert support on visa requirements and application procedures
  • Conduct commercial negotiations with airlines, hotels and travel partners to secure competitive corporate agreements
  • Develop, manage and optimize the corporate fleet strategy, including leasing models, vendor selection and utilization
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with car dealerships and leasing providers to increase efficiency and optimize costs
  • Ensure transparent, compliant and sustainable fleet operations
  • Own budget planning, forecasting and cost control for travel and fleet management
  • Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives and process improvements across all mobility activities
  • Coach and mentor team members to promote performance, accountability and professional growth
  • Strengthen procurement, negotiation and supplier management capabilities within the team
  • Work closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders to align mobility solutions with business requirements

Requirements

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement or a related field, or a completed vocational training (Ausbildung) with relevant practical experience
  • Several years of professional experience in travel management, fleet management, mobility, procurement or a similar role, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong service orientation with a passion for delivering an outstanding traveler experience, ensuring smooth, reliable and proactive support throughout the travel process
  • Solid knowledge of the corporate travel industry, including best practices, system operations (e.g., OBE, TMC operations) and common issues faced by travelers and travel arrangers
  • Proven ability to work effectively with external service providers and travel partners to ensure high operational quality, continuous improvement and cost efficiency
  • Strong expertise in budget management, KPI tracking and cost reduction
  • Good knowledge of legal, regulatory and compliance-related requirements associated with travel management and fleet operations
  • Proven leadership or people-management experience
  • A structured, hands-on and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
