- 1+ years of experience with strong understanding of global market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and integration
- A strong natural leadership style that moves people to act, motivates and inspires excellence and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
