Responsibilities
Drive alignment around key business priorities, people strategies, and HR initiatives across the organization
Partner closely with HR leadership to translate strategic objectives into clear work streams, actions, and deliverables
Lead integration across leadership priorities, standard processes, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure progress and follow-through
Identify emerging issues, risks, and opportunities, and proactively bring forward recommendations and solutions
Lead or support special projects on behalf of the HR Director and leadership team, often involving senior stakeholders and enterprise partners
Help architect and manage the operating cadence for the HR leadership team, including leadership meetings, action tracking, staff rhythms, offsites, and executive reviews
Build rigor and clarity around deliverables, timelines, priorities, and inter-dependencies
Maintain strategic awareness of organizational priorities and ensure leadership visibility to what matters most
Create structure in ambiguous environments and bring discipline to fast-moving work
Develop high-quality executive communications, presentations, talking points, and leadership messaging
Support the creation of compelling content for senior leaders, including business reviews, updates, strategy presentations, and organizational communications
Translate complex ideas into clear, concise, visually compelling narratives for executive audiences
Ensure messaging is aligned, polished, and delivered with precision across the HR team and broader leadership forums
Requirements
5+ years of experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
5+ years of experience in Human Resources
