Responsibilities
Implement employee relations strategies and best practices to foster a positive workplace environment.
Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues in a timely and effective manner.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on employee relations matters, including compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Train HR representatives of subsidiaries abroad and support the implementation of employee relation policies and procedures to secure compliance across Group.
Promote open communication and employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and collaboration.
Conduct internal interviews and surveys and analyze employee feedback across all levels of hierarchy in a timely manner, to conclude with targeted actions that improve employee experience.
Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and recommend improvements.
Support training programs related to employee relations and workplace ethics.
Lead and/or participate in HR projects focused on employee relations field.
Lead the design and execution of the Employee Satisfaction Survey for Alumil S.A., while guiding international subsidiaries through its implementation; analyze results and support the development and execution of targeted action plans.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
5+ years of experience in employee relations, preferably in multinational environments.
Prior experience in the manufacturing sector will be highly considered.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and cultures.
