Internship in Event Management at BMW Group, assisting with the planning and execution of live, digital, or hybrid events. Supporting project leadership and helping on-site during events as part of a team.
Responsibilities
You will support the conception, planning and execution of internal and external events such as automotive and tech trade shows, dialogue formats and international media launches — live, digital or hybrid.
You will also contribute to project management and take on tasks in subprojects, for example the event app or special side programmes.
In addition, you will be part of the team and assist with on-site event execution, including coordinating subcontractors/service providers in personnel or logistics.
You will support the development of new event concepts and research trends in areas such as automotive, technology and sustainability.
Furthermore, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, event agencies and participant management.
Your internship is rounded off by involvement in day-to-day operational business and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Communication Studies, Economics, Humanities, Event Management or a comparable degree programme.
Ideally first practical experience in the events sector.
Confident user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Driving licence class B.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Ideally knowledge of an additional foreign language.
Business-fluent German and English.
