About the role
- Chief of Staff serving as crucial liaison between U.S. and Japan teams at Blue Yonder. Leading project management for Cognitive Integration Generator while ensuring alignment on project goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the Japan team (Panasonic Connect) and the U.S. (Blue Yonder) development division
- Plan and manage development milestones for the Cognitive Integration Generator (CIG) project, ensuring timely delivery
- Define design principles for key CIG functionalities, including Data Mapping Automation and Entity Integration
- Lead sprint operations under the Scrum framework with development teams in Japan and India
- Collaborate with the GUI development team (React-based) to design and implement user experience improvements
- Coordinate with Panasonic Connect members and other project teams to optimize project scope, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience with end-to-end testing and automation scripting
- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks like React
- Knowledge of data mapping and entity integration principles
