About the role
- Visiting Founders Associate Engineering at feld energy working directly with the Chief of Staff. Focus on building processes and solving complex challenges in energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Chief of Staff on operational and strategic matters for the COO
- Build processes and solve complex challenges related to grid connection
- Analyze, optimize, and thoroughly document core processes
- Develop new workflows and scalable structures
- Implement digital tools to automate operational workflows
- Take on preparatory tasks for grid connection projects
- Support project development and other operationally critical tasks
- Execute own “Special Projects” and assume responsibility early on
- Assist with organizational, analytical, and operational matters
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on mentality: strong work ethic, reliability, high self-motivation, and willingness to take on responsibility quickly
- Technical understanding; initial exposure to energy/engineering and/or startup experience is a plus
- Native German speaker
- Availability for at least 3 months, start ASAP
