About the role

  • Renewals Manager responsible for contract renewals across client portfolios. Collaborating with teams to ensure timely and effective renewal execution in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts, including forecasting, outreach, negotiation, and execution
  • Proactively manage renewal timelines to ensure on-time contract completion and minimize churn
  • Identify renewal risks early and partner with internal teams to develop mitigation strategies
  • Lead renewal discussions with clients, including pricing, contract terms, and scope changes.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to align renewal strategy with client health, usage, and value realization.
  • Partner with Sales on expansion, upsell, or cross-sell opportunities identified during the renewal process.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline visibility.
  • Track renewal performance, churn, and retention metrics and report trends to leadership.
  • Ensure renewal data is accurate in CRM and other revenue systems.
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations to support contract execution and compliance.
  • Align with Revenue Operations on process improvements and tooling.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of renewal playbooks, templates, and workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in renewals, account management, client success, or revenue operations.
  • Experience in a SaaS, technology, or subscription-based business preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience handling pricing and contract conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple renewal cycles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
