Senior Incentives Analyst providing program coordination and analytical support for Oregon's Grid Resilience program. Engaging with stakeholders and ensuring compliance for federally funded initiatives.
Responsibilities
Provide program coordination, analytical support, and stakeholder engagement for the agency’s Grid Resilience program and related federally and legislatively funded initiatives.
Evaluate complex project proposals for feasibility and compliance.
Support development of program processes and reporting systems.
Coordinate across internal and external partners to ensure accurate documentation, accountability, and fulfillment of grant requirements.
Expected to be physically at the central workplace located at 550 Capitol St. NE in Salem, Oregon on Fridays.
Work at least six (6) workdays at the central workplace, including attendance at pre-scheduled in-person all-staff meetings.
May also be required to work at the central workplace on a more frequent basis with advance notice, as needed.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills
four years of experience coordinating or administering a program
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.
Experience designing, developing, coordinating and administering governmental programs and/or utility incentives or grants programs.
Experience maintaining a database, capturing data, updating data, analyzing data, generating reports, and reporting out to external partners.
Experience interacting with a diverse community (including governmental agencies and tribes) and conducting outreach to diverse community/partner groups.
Collecting information from various stakeholders, interpreting, assembling the information, presenting compiled information, and reports to a diverse audience.
Experience explaining technical program requirements or processes to internal and external partners.
Preference may be given to those with the following experience: Experience working with electricity generation, storage, and transmission projects.
