About the role

  • SDR in charge of active B2B prospecting for Biz, focusing on HR and managers to generate leads. Collaborating with sales teams to enhance customer acquisition processes

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active (outbound) prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn with B2B companies, especially HR teams, CFOs, people managers and CEOs of companies with 100+ employees;
  • Qualify leads originating from our inbound and outbound channels, ensuring alignment with Biz's ICP;
  • Diagnose HR pain points and needs related to corporate benefits, flexible benefits and talent retention;
  • Conduct initial consultative conversations, presenting Biz's value proposition;
  • Update information and log activities in the CRM (HubSpot);
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team (Account Executives);
  • Work in partnership with Marketing and Sales to optimize scripts, cadences and lead quality;
  • Track individual metrics such as: prospecting volume, response rate, conversion rate to MQLs and SQLs, meetings scheduled and held;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer acquisition processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields;
  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales or similar role (min. 1 year);
  • Experience with B2B sales or corporate prospecting;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to learn quickly about product, market and objections;
  • Experience with CRM and cadence tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD, Apollo, Reev, Meetime, etc.);
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented and proactive profile.
  • Experience in corporate benefits markets, fintechs, HR Techs or B2B SaaS companies;
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) processes;
  • Familiarity with funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion, CAC);
  • Ability to hold high-level conversations with HR leaders, CFOs and executive management.
