About the role

  • Leads marketing strategies for binario.net & binario.cloud, ensuring brand positioning & client acquisition. Coordinates marketing, sales, and event execution across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Structure marketing as the primary entry point for new customers and partners;
  • Build and maintain a clear, consistent, and differentiated positioning for both businesses (binario.net and binario.cloud);
  • Define and execute Go-to-Market strategies aligned with the Sales and Technical teams;
  • Orchestrate marketing, sales, pre-sales, and engineering in the development of offers;
  • Coordinate launches of solutions, services, and new commercial proposals;
  • Own the institutional positioning of the group's brands (binario.net and binario.cloud);
  • Define and maintain visual identity, tone of voice, and brand narrative;
  • Ensure excellence and consistency across website, social media, corporate materials, and technical content;
  • Plan and execute company, client, and partner events, leading participation in trade shows and conferences;
  • Align Go-to-Market between the integrator and vendor partners;
  • Translate complex technical portfolios into understandable, commercial value propositions;
  • Drive qualified demand generation and pipeline;
  • Position the company as a cloud provider and software vendor;
  • Lead demand-generation campaigns for IaaS, PaaS, private cloud, and hybrid cloud;
  • Work closely with the Cloud CEO and the Commercial Directorate;
  • Bring market insights to the creation of new solutions;
  • Define and monitor KPIs: MQL, SQL, influenced pipeline, campaign and event ROI, and use of MDF;
  • Maximize strategic use of MDF (Marketing Development Funds) with vendors (Juniper, Netscout, etc.);
  • Raise marketing maturity with a focus on metrics, ROI, and business impact.

Requirements

  • Advanced English;
  • Experience managing teams and external vendors/partners;
  • Experience in Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market (group-level);
  • Experience planning and executing company, client, and partner events;
  • Experience leading participation in trade shows and conferences (concept, communications, booth, and team);
  • Experience with medium and large-scale technical and commercial events;
  • Experience measuring impact on leads, pipeline, and sales;
  • Experience with annual and quarterly marketing planning;
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with vendors' marketing teams;
  • Planning, negotiation, and execution of MDF programs, ensuring compliance and ROI;
  • Work closely with strategic clients and complex decision-making cycles;
  • Support for retention, cross-sell, and upsell strategies;
  • B2B technology marketing experience (Telecom, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, or Software);
  • Strategic vision with strong execution capability;
  • Clear, business-oriented communication and strong cross-functional communication skills;
  • Hands-on profile: flexible, available, organized, and results-oriented.
