- Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team
- Translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements
- Write and manage tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define project scope, timelines, and priorities in collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinate and follow up on project progress, ensuring timely delivery
- Test implementations and validate that requirements are correctly met
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively propose solutions
- Ensure clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT project management or a similar role
- Solid technical understanding, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers
- Experience writing tickets, scoping requirements, and validating implementations in tools like Linear, Trello, Jira and similar
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Very good English is required (working language)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
