About the role

  • IT Product Manager responsible for managing projects and ensuring quality delivery at Bikeflip. Collaborating with development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements
  • Write and manage tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Define project scope, timelines, and priorities in collaboration with internal teams
  • Coordinate and follow up on project progress, ensuring timely delivery
  • Test implementations and validate that requirements are correctly met
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and proactively propose solutions
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT project management or a similar role
  • Solid technical understanding, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers
  • Experience writing tickets, scoping requirements, and validating implementations in tools like Linear, Trello, Jira and similar
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Very good English is required (working language)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
