Responsibilities
Independently manage the entire recruiting process for specialist and leadership positions (from requirements analysis to contract signing)
Advise hiring managers on job requirements and recruiting strategies
Actively source suitable candidates and build and maintain a talent pool
Draft and publish our job advertisements
Conduct structured interviews and assess professional competencies as well as "bc-fit"
Develop and implement innovative recruiting and employer-branding initiatives
Implement, analyze and optimize recruiting metrics
Ensure an excellent candidate experience
Collaborate closely with People & Culture business partners and other stakeholders
Monitor labor market trends and derive actionable recommendations
Requirements
Degree in business, psychology, HR management, or a comparable qualification is a plus
2–3 years of recruiting experience and familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Personio)
Solid knowledge of active sourcing, interview techniques and modern recruiting methods
Strong advisory skills and a confident demeanor when engaging with specialists and executives
Interest in HR topics and project management
Excellent communication and networking skills
Independent, proactive and structured way of working
Passion for people, talent acquisition and advancing the recruiting landscape
