Responsibilities
Manage and further develop our BAUHAUS private label brands, from concept and product launch through ongoing optimization
Ensure that our brands stand out in the market and delight our customers
Develop and implement sustainable brand strategies for our BAUHAUS private labels
Conduct continuous market, competitor and trend analyses to identify new product opportunities
Select, evaluate and negotiate with national and international suppliers
Develop packaging designs and ensure a compelling brand presence at the point of sale
Plan and manage marketing campaigns and communication activities to strengthen brand awareness
Define relevant KPIs, monitor performance and derive actionable recommendations for optimization
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in brand management, product management or procurement, ideally with private label brands in the consumer goods or retail sector
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills and confident in negotiations
Creativity, an eye for trends and a strong team spirit
