About the role

  • Director overseeing brand marketing and management at Sun Life. Responsible for large-scale marketing campaigns and aligning global brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing large-scale marketing campaigns and global funding
  • Manage brand investment and track progress
  • Establish and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI
  • Conduct analysis of market trends and campaign performance
  • Lead internal Marketing Council for collaboration and alignment
  • Provide guidance on applying the brand to marketing initiatives
  • Review integrated brand campaigns and serve as strategic interface

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand strategy and management
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role focused on campaign management and marketing investment
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex marketing budgets
  • Proven ability to lead development and execution of global marketing campaigns
  • Deep expertise in developing Global Strategic Positioning
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing attribution
  • Experience working in the financial services or complex regulated industry preferred
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and negotiation skills
  • Bilingualism (French, English) required for Quebec only
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
