About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager responsible for strategic positioning and marketing of IAM products in a leading software company. Collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver compelling messages and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic positioning & messaging: Develop clear, audience-specific positioning and compelling messages for our IAM products
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with product management, sales, partners and customers to gather requirements and translate them into market-relevant content
  • Marketing assets & content creation: Produce persuasive presentations, white papers, use cases, videos, demos, landing pages etc.
  • Campaign planning & execution: Develop and manage targeted, multi-stage marketing campaigns across relevant channels (including online, events, email)
  • Market & competitor analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to refine product messaging and USPs
  • Digital performance & analytics: Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to derive, implement and optimize performance initiatives (e.g. SEA/SEO, marketing automation, A/B testing)

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in product marketing for software solutions – ideally in IT security, identity & access management or similar
  • Deep understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them simply and appropriately for the target audience
  • Experience in developing and implementing content strategies and campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience working with international teams as well as agencies and service providers
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
