About the role
- Intern role providing financial support for monthly closings and budget preparation at Bernoulli Education. Collaborating with analysts to report and identify budget variations.
Responsibilities
- Support for Management Routines: provide direct support to analysts during monthly closings and throughout the annual budget preparation cycle (Budget/Forecast).
- Reporting and Dashboards: assist in identifying key variances between Actual vs. Budget.
- Budget Module User Support: act as the focal point for handling requests from business areas regarding budget control.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills (essential for stakeholder support), proactivity, and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and basic programming logic or database manipulation.
- Previous experience in controllership, tax, or finance environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with RM TOTVS is a plus).
