About the role

  • Service Sales Representative responsible for selling HVAC service agreements and fostering customer relationships. Focuses on meeting sales objectives in the energy infrastructure industry with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for determining customer needs, developing solutions, estimating work and selling HVAC service agreements
  • Meeting sales objectives, developing customer relationships and creating backlog of work
  • Sources and contacts potential clients weekly, documents and reports on findings accurately
  • Updates proposal log regularly and works with team members to generate more work
  • Completes customer satisfaction sheets and monitors, reports and meets sales plan goals
  • Develops long-term relationships to create brand loyalty

Requirements

  • Must have five (5) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
  • Selling owner-direct projects and maintenance agreements
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be organized and self-motivated
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects
  • Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
