About the role

  • Sales Representative focusing on social and health sectors. Engaging with clients and supporting software utilization in West Germany's healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for our existing customers in the Western Germany region
  • Responsible for generating new orders from long-standing customers
  • Delivering presentations to customers
  • Participating in trade shows and customer events
  • Internal and external contact for specialist/technical inquiries

Requirements

  • Experience in the social sector, either through formal training or professional experience
  • Proven track record in sales to existing customers (account management), ideally with software solutions
  • Confidence and poise in negotiations and customer relationships
  • Understanding of customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability and eloquence
  • Strong IT affinity and a service-oriented mindset
