Requirements
- eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Personalbereich, in Psychologie, BWL oder vergleichbar
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalentwicklung
- relevante Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Implementierung von modernen Instrumenten der Personalentwicklung und dem Einsatz innovativer Lernformen
- fundierte Fähigkeiten im Projekt- und Changemanagement sowie in den Bereichen Training und Moderation
- mit ausgeprägter Beratungs- und Moderationskompetenz, idealerweise mit Zusatzausbildung zum Trainer:in, Moderator:in und/oder Coach:in
- ausgesprochen eigenverantwortlicher, zielorientierter und strukturierter Arbeitsstil
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen, empathisches Auftreten, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Sozialkompetenz
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
