About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist managing customer inquiries via phone and email. Collaborating with multiple teams to enhance service quality and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Confidently handle product and service inquiries by phone and email as part of your daily responsibilities
  • Handle difficult customer issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach, using our state-of-the-art customer service software
  • Work closely with the complaints/returns, logistics, IT and marketing teams to resolve customer issues satisfactorily
  • Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions to improve our service quality
  • Take on special tasks such as projects, quality assurance, or reporting

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training and ideally have experience in customer care — career changers are also welcome
  • You have good knowledge of common MS Office applications and ERP/CRM systems — prior experience with Microsoft Navision and Freshdesk is an advantage
  • Knowledge of skiing, especially alpine skiing and ski touring, is a must
  • You have an affinity for e-commerce
  • You are reliable, structured and meticulous
  • Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile
