Senior Revenue Operations Manager at beqom driving revenue operations and analytics for SaaS company. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Planning: Oversee key revenue operations planning including account prioritization, territory planning, quota setting, resource planning, and compensation plan design as a strategic partner to CMO and CRO, ensuring predictable revenue growth and efficient deployment of GTM resources.
Forecasting, Analytics & Insights: Build a strong Reporting & Analytics suite with a single source of truth, scalable reporting, and real-time actionable insights used by GTM leadership and the Executive Board to drive decisions (e.g. Funnel Analysis, Pipeline Velocity, ARR Growth, Renewals & Churn, GRR/NRR, Customer Acquisition Cost)
Optimal & Scalable Processes: Drive continuous process improvement through standard operating cadences that increase forecast accuracy, reduce cycle time, and improve win rates, including weekly forecast and metric reviews in addition to quarterly go-to-market business reviews and board presentations
GTM Systems & Architecture: Own the deployment, optimization, and governance of the GTM tech stack including CRM (HubSpot), sales engagement & data tools, revenue intelligence (Gong), and emerging AI solutions
Process & Governance: Define, document, and deploy new operational processes and ensure rigorous adoption across the GTM organization (pipeline hygiene, account ownership, deal desk support, etc.)
Leadership and Change Management: Design and scale the RevOps function as the company grows. Drive organisational change management projects in Sales & Marketing: engage with senior stakeholders and own delivery on key projects
Enabling & Onboarding : Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to define onboarding, process, and sales methodology (MEDDICC) standards, ensuring operational alignment and measurable impact on sales performance
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Senior Revenue Operations roles, experience working with Marketing, Sales & Customer Success teams in fast growing SaaS environment
Consistent track record owning and scaling Revenue Operations through periods of rapid growth, in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership
Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales, marketing, customer success processes, procedures, and policies
High proficiency in CRM Platforms and Data Analysis tools and build a modern revenue engine tech stack that accelerates the buyer's journey, automates repetitive tasks, and delivers actionable insights to the entire organization
Experience conducting a sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
Interdepartmental communication and change management: Ability to explain to multiple departments the need for changes, and how to work across departments to execute on those changes without impeding on progress
Excellent English language skills are a must, any other language a plus
Experience with Hubspot CRM, Gong or similar Sales Operations toolset
Experienced with MEDICC sales methodology is a big plus.
