About the role

  • Benner’s Healthcare vertical is constantly evolving. Our purpose is to simplify our clients’ daily operations by delivering comprehensive management solutions for healthcare payers in both the public and private sectors.
  • As a Mid-level Systems Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our systems, ensuring quality, aligning client expectations and needs with the software deliverables, and meeting established deadlines. You will work in partnership with the Project Manager and a multidisciplinary team in a challenging environment with strong opportunities for learning and development.
  • We are looking for someone with experience in system implementation or support, process-oriented thinking, strong communication skills and a customer-focus. Experience working with healthcare payers is a plus.
  • Perform implementation and configuration of the Benner Saúde solution, remotely or on-site;
  • Conduct user interviews, requirements gathering and process mapping;
  • Deliver in-person or online training for users of implemented modules;
  • Assist with and execute data migration from legacy systems;
  • Provide occasional support via phone, e-mail or ticketing system;
  • Support the Project Manager in meeting schedules and delivery targets;
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of internal team processes.

Requirements

  • We are seeking an analytical, proactive professional with strong communication skills who enjoys working in dynamic environments focused on technology and client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Experience in the healthcare payer environment, either as an internal employee or as a vendor;
  • Experience in administrative, sales, accounting, tax, finance, billing or inventory routines;
  • Previous experience implementing, configuring or supporting management systems, preferably in healthcare;
  • Participation in projects with direct client interaction, training delivery or leading technical meetings.
  • Desired knowledge of SQL and VBA (basic to intermediate level);
  • Familiarity with ERP configuration or healthcare-specific systems is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organizational and time-management skills;
  • Commitment to deadlines and deliverables;
  • Proactivity, a sense of responsibility and results orientation;
  • Ability to work in a team and interact with different client profiles.
  • Certifications or training in systems implementation, process management, databases, supplementary healthcare or advanced Excel are a plus;
