Responsibilities
Lead implementation of ServiceNow SPM (formerly PPM) modules
Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and solution demonstrations
Configure Demand Management, Project Management, and Portfolio Management
Configure resource management, financial planning, and project planning
Design workflows, forms, and approval processes
Implement project templates, project tasks, and governance processes
Perform data migration, data setup, and configuration activities
Coordinate UAT testing and provide user training
Work with stakeholders to align tool configuration with business processes
Prepare solution documentation and implementation guides
Support go-live activities and post-production stabilization
Requirements
6+ years of ServiceNow experience
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM / PPM implementation
Experience in:
o Demand Management
o Project Management
o Portfolio Management
o Resource Management
Configuration of workflows, forms, and approval mechanisms
Experience in Flow Designer
Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
Experience in reports, dashboards, and performance analytics (basic)
Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder interaction
Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
