About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and implement projects and development initiatives
- Ensure performance across all areas required to deliver the scope of the initiatives
- Closely coordinate business-related aspects, including change management (training, communication)
- Act as a servant leader for the Agile Release Train under the SAFe framework (Release Train Engineer - RTE)
- Ensure the quality and performance of the train teams within a continuous delivery process
- Understand business challenges and support individuals and teams to maximize value delivery
- Fully utilize project management tools, methods, and techniques according to Agile principles
- Facilitate periodic synchronization events and planning activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems, or equivalent
- Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in project contexts and systems development
- At least four (4) years of project management experience is an asset
- Experience as a leader on projects using Agile methodologies
- Project management certifications (PMP, MGP, etc.) or SAFe/scale agility certifications are assets
- Good knowledge of business domains related to the insurance sector
- Proficiency in spoken and written French and English
- Ability to work very autonomously in a highly complex environment
- Ability to manage change and implementations
- Experience in managing and implementing development platform initiatives (Platform Engineering) – an asset
