Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering Sustainable Business Energy Solutions SBES projects from the point of sale through to customer handover.
Oversee the systematic delivery of commercial energy projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with Project Engineers and Sales teams, you’ll help shape technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
Manage the customer relationship throughout the project lifecycle, providing consistent, professional, and authentic communication.
Requirements
Proven experience in project management or engineering, with strong capability to work independently, including in remote environments.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field (preferred but not essential).
Proven ability to manage third‑party contractors and drive safe, high‑quality delivery.
Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, with clear and accurate communication and high attention to detail.
Demonstrated commitment to health and safety, supported by relevant training or certifications (e.g., Working at Heights).
Industry knowledge advantageous, including PV regulations, CEC accreditation, rooftop solar experience, familiarity with SMA/SolarEdge products, and systems such as NetSuite, Procore and CAD.
