About the role

  • B2B SaaS Sales Representative leading the sales process in the construction sector. Working with customers to create innovative solutions and enhance their building experience.

Responsibilities

  • Help shape outcomes far beyond closing deals.
  • Create the future of construction together with our customers.
  • Qualify and generate leads and opportunities.
  • Be the face of Benetics AI from first contact through contract signing, taking ownership and significant autonomy across the entire sales process.
  • Turn customers into champions and develop upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • You have a hunter mentality — a “no” motivates you to keep going.
  • You are curious, proactive and willing to take responsibility.
  • You want to independently build a pipeline, exceed targets and lead our customers to success.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the construction or trades sector.
  • Fluent German (ideally Swiss German) and very good English for collaboration within our international team.
  • You work in a structured way and have experience with CRMs (ideally Salesforce).
