Oversee the entire sales and post-sales cycle, ensuring delivery excellence and high customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and provide insights that support strategic decisions and the agency’s positioning.
Develop business plans and commercial strategies aligned with area goals and KPIs.
Work in synergy with executive leadership, contributing to strategic planning and the agency’s sustainable growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in the corporate events sector.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing strategic accounts.
Analytical and strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities.
Knowledge of CRM systems and pipeline management.
