About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting the CEO at Belong, a company providing ownership experiences. Engaging in strategic role within leadership operations and ensuring seamless coordination across priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO (calendar, priorities, meetings, travel, and events)
  • Own complex calendar management across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and protecting focus time
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including last-minute changes, logistics, visas, and contingencies
  • Schedule and organize leadership events, company gatherings, and strategic offsites
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, follow-ups, and action trackers
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and managing internal and external stakeholder communication
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Partner closely with People, Finance, and Operations teams to support leadership workflows
  • Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven service experience to executives, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership
  • Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) – required
  • Strong calendar, travel, and agenda management experience
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to operate in dynamic, fast-changing environments
  • Strong service orientation and hospitality mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining structure
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Holds a valid U.S. visa
  • Comfortable working with global teams and stakeholders
