Responsibilities
Together with a team of IT professionals, developers, and project managers, you will drive sales of our Managed Services.
The focus is on the top of the sales funnel: finding new customers (e.g., via LinkedIn, industry directories, etc.)
Approach prospects directly, generate interest, and build trust
Qualify leads and uncover the needs of potential customers
Goal: arrange a meeting — from then on, management takes over
With your feel for language, structured working style, and digital understanding, you will make an important contribution to BeeBase’s growth.
Requirements
1–2 years of sales experience (especially cold calling)
Enjoy direct communication with prospective customers
Excellent organizational skills and a clear, structured way of working
Basic IT understanding, particularly in managed services, process automation, cloud, and infrastructure
Ability to communicate customer value and highlight opportunities
Interest in digital tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and CRM systems
Self-responsibility, reliability, and teamwork
Fluent German, good English
