Responsibilities

  • Partner with divisional leaders to support the execution of organizational strategies, streamline business routines, and align processes with technology goals.
  • Manage the rhythm of the business by organizing reviews, communications, and engagement activities that promote transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decisions related to staffing, strategy, governance, and budget planning.
  • Create clear, compelling narratives and visual materials that effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences.
  • Lead and manage special projects and programs, applying sound judgment and best practices in change management to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Represent divisional leadership in meetings and communications, fostering alignment and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement improvements to business management and executive office processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams to support business priorities and ensure consistent communication of leadership objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape to provide informed recommendations and support evolving priorities.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in roles such as executive office operations, business operations, program or project management, or similar functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Office, Teams, and SharePoint, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience developing executive-level communications and presentations, with proficiency in presentation software and data analysis tools.
