About the role

  • Community Manager nurturing Luxy online community across social platforms and scaling affiliate programs. Acting as the voice of Luxy and driving loyalty through engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily community engagement across Luxy’s social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms)
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand, and empathetic manner
  • Foster positive, inclusive conversations and proactively engage with creators and customers
  • Identify community trends, FAQs, and sentiment to inform content, product, and marketing teams
  • Monitor brand mentions and flag opportunities or issues in real time
  • Serve as a camera-facing representative of the Luxy brand when needed
  • Host or participate in TikTok Lives to engage with the community, answer questions, and spotlight products or creators
  • Support live shopping, launches, and community events in collaboration with the social and marketing teams
  • Help create a welcoming, informative, and on-brand live experience
  • Support the growth and day-to-day management of Luxy’s affiliate and ambassador programs
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and ambassadors aligned with the Luxy brand
  • Build genuine, long-term relationships with creators, customers, and advocates
  • Coordinate gifting, seeding, and communications with affiliates and ambassadors
  • Track performance, engagement, and content output to help optimize programs
  • Turn engaged followers into brand advocates through thoughtful outreach and relationship-building
  • Help create scalable community initiatives (UGC campaigns, ambassador spotlights, giveaways, etc.)
  • Collaborate with social, influencer, and marketing teams to align community efforts with brand goals
  • Represent the voice of the Luxy customer internally

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and online communities
  • Comfortable being camera-facing and engaging with audiences live on social platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, confident, and brand-aligned tone
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations, campaigns, and relationships simultaneously
  • Experience working with affiliate, ambassador, or influencer programs
  • Passion for beauty, hair, fashion, and creator-led brands
  • Experience in DTC, beauty, or fashion brands preferred
  • Experience hosting or participating in TikTok Lives or live shopping formats a plus
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms, influencer tools, and social listening platforms
  • On-camera experience or personal creator background is a plus.
