About the role
- Finance role managing invoices and financial records at Bearpaw GmbH, a growing archery brand. Ensure accuracy in financial operations and support invoice management and client correspondence.
Responsibilities
- You manage all incoming invoices and supporting documents: review, sort, scan, and correctly record them in DATEV
- You handle the finance department’s physical and digital mail inboxes
- You maintain the dunning process and manage outstanding receivables
- You process customer tickets related to payment issues and coordinate with Sales and customers
- You prepare the bookkeeping so the auditor can take over at any time
- You ensure that all accounting documents are uploaded to DATEV completely, accurately, and on time
- You keep our receivables under control and actively pursue dunning
Requirements
- Certified financial accountant — DATEV certificate course
- Some experience in financial accounting (FiBu) or accounting is an advantage
- Confident use of digital tools; experience with DATEV preferred
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style
- Attention to detail, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility
