Responsibilities
First point of contact for customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-store
Preparing quotes for retailers and end customers
Managing returns processes
Proactively contacting retailers and supporting cold outreach (cold calling)
Providing solution-oriented product advice
Requirements
Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
Self-motivated, well-organized, and enjoy direct customer contact
Ability to communicate proactively and with a solution focus
Proficient with email, CRM tools, and ERP systems
Communicative and quick-thinking personality
Openness to personal contact both by phone and through digital channels
