About the role

  • Customer Success Team Member engaging with customers in archery sport through outstanding support and communication. Building lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customers by phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-store
  • Preparing quotes for retailers and end customers
  • Managing returns processes
  • Proactively contacting retailers and supporting cold outreach (cold calling)
  • Providing solution-oriented product advice

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and enjoy direct customer contact
  • Ability to communicate proactively and with a solution focus
  • Proficient with email, CRM tools, and ERP systems
  • Communicative and quick-thinking personality
  • Openness to personal contact both by phone and through digital channels
