About the role

  • Senior Customer Success orchestrating client relationships to strengthen business at Beamy. Leading the customer journey and ensuring client satisfaction for successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure ROI: Work closely with key accounts to define clear business objectives, timelines, priorities, and success metrics. Build strong relationships to guide clients toward their goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on SaaS governance: Organize and lead a customer community by sharing success stories, collecting feedback, and fostering peer engagement. Use customer insights to shape our success strategy.
  • Act as the primary partner contact: Secure strong sponsorship across diverse stakeholders, including CTOs, Architects, Legal, Security, Digital Workplace, SAM, and others. Align these groups to establish Beamy’s strategic positioning within their ecosystems.
  • Coordinate the customer journey at Beamy: Take ownership of the success of customer projects and set the pace by delegating and coordinating actions across teams.
  • Drive contract renewals and upsells.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in B2B, preferably managing large/enterprise accounts, with a track record of ensuring customer satisfaction and business sustainability.
  • Experience working with large organizations, addressing the organizational and process challenges where the Beamy platform is applied. Able to adopt a consultative approach to understand client challenges and recommend solutions or the steps required to adapt.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement renewal and upsell strategies.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in business-level English.
