Responsibilities
Strategic acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing partnerships within clinical and diagnostic laboratory environments
Revenue and profit responsibility for the assigned sales territory based on diagnostic-specific potential and segmentation models
Management of complex sales projects (e.g., systems, automation, reagent models) involving internal specialist departments such as Service, Applications, and Marketing
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop customer-specific diagnostic end-to-end solutions
Structured and continuous maintenance of the CRM system (Salesforce) for data-driven sales management
Requirements
Degree in a natural science (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Biomedicine)
Several years of experience in diagnostic or medical device sales
Knowledge in molecular and/or microbiology is an advantage
Strong market knowledge of hospital and laboratory sectors
High willingness to travel (approx. 75%)
Fluent German and very good English
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a high customer orientation
