Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve product issues using clinical and technical expertise
  • Guide healthcare professionals through system setup and integration
  • Provide accurate product information to internal and external customers
  • Document service requests and maintain records in enterprise systems
  • Coordinate repair activities and manage local service providers
  • Communicate service charges and assist with order processing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of clinical environments in critical care settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical systems
  • Skilled in problem-solving and analysis
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3+ years of medical and technical experience
  • Fluency in English, Polish and German (read, write, speak)
