About the role

  • Implementation Consultant guiding customer stakeholders through the BD Medication Management Solutions implementation process. Requires strong expertise in clinical and technical workflows and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Leads customer site and workflow assessments and facilitates the project design and implementation phases
  • Provides team support and product, clinical and technical information related to BD Medication Management Solutions
  • Manages customer stakeholder teams and delivers concise communication
  • Facilitates conference calls and customer meetings to progress project goals
  • Establishes rapport with customers conducive to long-term relationships
  • Demonstrates problem solving and system consultation related to pharmacy best practices
  • Installs, validates, and trains end users on BD Medication Management Solutions technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma (Business, Science, Health Sciences or similar field)
  • Must hold a valid Canadian license as a pharmacist (RPh)
  • 5 years of related work experience in a medical device or healthcare environment with clinical and technical involvements
  • Experience with IV Workflows, Sterile Compounding
  • Fluency in English (read, speak, write)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
