Driving sales and growth in relevant business areas
Responsible for marketing activities and initiatives for customer retention and acquisition
Strengthening collaboration with sister companies
Developing business plans for operational activities with strategic measures
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the energy industry, particularly in sales
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a sales organization within the energy sector
Established network within the energy industry
Degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
