About the role

  • Sales Support Specialist supporting Business Development at Bare International. This role involves managing client inquiries, proposals, and supporting the commercial process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming client inquiries via email and phone
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and formal tender documents
  • Support cost calculations, budget alignment, and pricing structures
  • Coordinate with international BARE offices on pricing matters
  • Support contract preparation and ensure all follow-up steps are completed
  • Provide Operations with full account start-up documentation
  • Track project specific changes and assess financial implications
  • Generate essential reports for forecasting, analysis, and budgeting
  • Provide CRM and administrative support to the BD team
  • Join client meetings and contribute to event-related tasks as needed
  • Perform additional Business Development tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in Customer Experience research or Mystery Shopping is a plus
  • Prior Sales or Business Development experience is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Fluency in at least one additional European language
  • Strong understanding of consultancy services and industry dynamics
  • Ability to build strong internal stakeholder relationships
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset
