Responsibilities
Maintain and update schedules for titles and projects
Track tentative bookings, holds, and rapid changes from studios and partners
Identify and flag potential conflicts or double bookings
Coordinate calendars across internal teams and external partners
Track physical assets including projector components and accessories
Maintain clear records of equipment inventories
Assist with shipping and receiving of projector parts and equipment
Help prepare rooms and systems for sessions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, calendars, and shared documents
Experience with booking and scheduling enterprise systems (MS Bookings, SAP, PowerBI, etc).
Event planning experience (preferred).
Able to manage multiple parallel tasks without losing track
Comfortable in a technical environment (no prior projection experience required)
Experience in media, post-production, studio operations, or technology environments
Familiarity with file-based workflows or media assets
Interest in film, imaging, or display technology
