About the role

  • Werkstudent Sales Manager role at a rapidly growing SaaS startup for the hospitality industry. Supporting sales team and building sustainable customer relationships in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • You are part of our sales team and help lay the groundwork for sustainable customer relationships.
  • Maintain our CRM system (Pipedrive) – create, organize, and update records
  • Contact potential customers (no cold calling; qualified leads only)
  • Assist in preparing meetings and sales materials
  • Follow up on inactive leads
  • Help with onboarding new customers
  • Attend selected customer meetings on-site or remotely
  • Support upselling potential analyses and internal sales reporting

Requirements

  • You are a registered student—preferably in a business or communications-related degree program
  • You work in a structured and reliable way and have a good sense for communication
  • You enjoy speaking with people—by phone, email, or in person
  • Some practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
  • You are comfortable with digital tools and pick up new systems quickly
  • Interest in modern technologies, SaaS, or AI solutions is desirable but not required
