About the role

  • Business Development Officer specializing in healthcare, developing client relationships and referral business, with a focus on financial analysis and sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new client relationships with healthcare professionals in their respective territories through direct calling and networking efforts
  • Independently developing referral business through intermediaries (consultants, attorneys, accountants, brokers, and realtors)
  • Analyzing client financials and product needs
  • Implementing appropriate sales strategies to carry out responsibilities and achieve production goals

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Practice Solutions sales or 3+ years of healthcare industry sales and/or healthcare specific financing
  • Can analyze financial conditions of clients, healthcare industry trends, and understand cashflow analysis
  • Ability to demonstrate examples of creating new relationships/partnerships and deepening current client relationships
  • Self-Motivated and proven success of exceeding goals
