About the role

  • Business Development Manager with a focus on selling SaaS solutions to SMEs in a face-to-face capacity. Based in New Zealand, achieving sales targets and building opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Face-to Face sales.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Prospecting for new customers including contacting potential customers.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to ensure that you are meeting your KPIs and targets.
  • Contacting and investigating business opportunities.
  • Understanding client needs and offering tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Driving your own mobile operating rhythm.

Requirements

  • A strong background and experience in face to face selling to Small to Medium businesses.
  • Experience in new businesses development.
  • History of successful sales performance in a commission-based environment.
  • Experience working in a high transactional / shorter sales cycle role.
  • Grit, hunger, and desire, without relying on anyone or anything to drive your success.
  • A hunter and driver attitude, constantly focused on meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
