Responsibilities
Oversight and management of Global Leasing FLU business governance role activities.

Requirements
5+ Years experience in governance oversight or business risk mitigation role, preferably in a regulated banking or equipment financing environment.
Ability to assess Global Leasing’s ongoing effectiveness to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls across its business segments.
Ability to be concise and succinct when identifying business governance risks and associated mitigants, confidently identifying timely remediation recommendations.
Proven ability to navigate, build, and influence relationships with cross functional stakeholders to proactively maintain trusted partnerships with our key global partners.
Demonstrated ability to listen and communicate clearly across all levels of management and influence.
Ability to address global complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) with team members and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
