About the role

  • Technical Customer Success Manager establishing client relationships around software solutions in the energy sector. Providing expertise and support while identifying upsell opportunities through a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and grow customer relationships to drive adoption of software solutions
  • Provide expertise throughout the post-sale cycle: training, technical support, and professional services
  • Manage the installed base of System 1™ and lead customers through digital transformation
  • Collect customer feedback to influence product development
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Monitor customer performance metrics and ensure contract renewals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or secondary diploma with relevant engineering/technology experience
  • Expertise in asset management, reliability, and maintenance
  • Experience with System 1™ or another APM solution
  • Strong ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and internationally (approximately 60%)
