Responsibilities

- As Content & Media Lead, you'll work in a startup environment, develop content strategies, drive social media growth and visual storytelling, and lead projects that generate real engagement and growth.
- Shoot and edit content for Instagram and TikTok
- Create talking-head videos and voiceovers
- Regularly upload and schedule content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
- Engage with the community via comments, replies and DMs
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and content quality across all channels.
- Lead and mentor future content interns.
Requirements
- Based in Berlin: You know the local culture, vibes and events that matter.
- Proven content experience and a strong eye for aesthetics
- Comfortable being on camera (e.g., for talking-head videos)
- Solid video/photo skills (professional equipment is a plus, but an iPhone is sufficient)
- Startup mindset: proactive, hands-on and open to new approaches
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
