About the role

  • Senior Affiliates Manager owning and scaling Back Market's affiliate marketing channel. Leading strategic partnerships and performance measurement in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale Back Market's affiliate channel end-to-end.
  • Define strategy, build a high-value partner ecosystem, create bulletproof measurement frameworks, and establish processes that scale across teams and markets.
  • Define affiliate strategy - Set priorities, build roadmaps, and make decisions on trade-offs and dependencies aligned with growth objectives
  • Build measurement frameworks - Lead performance measurement in a multi-channel environment, managing overlap with Paid Search, SEO, CRM, and Influencer channels through attribution, testing, and smart commission policies
  • Develop partner ecosystems - Recruit and grow networks, cashback platforms, comparison sites, and content publishers. Defend our presence and showcase our offers where they matter most
  • Deploy marketing operations - Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and messaging across the affiliate network while ensuring brand, legal, and tracking compliance
  • Ensure operational excellence - Manage tracking, partner setup, commission structures, and governance with Legal, Finance, and Data teams
  • Create scalable playbooks - Build onboarding guides, tracking checklists, commission frameworks, and business review templates
  • Drive analytics and optimization - Turn insights into action, establish reporting for decision-making, and support forecasts
  • Manage senior stakeholders - Create executive memos, 1-pagers, and Business Reviews with clear recommendations and measurable outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing, or equivalent experience owning growth programs in complex environments
  • Measurement and overlap expertise - You've designed tests and resolved channel cannibalization through pragmatic rules and cross-channel alignment
  • Affiliate ecosystem fluency - You know networks, platforms, tracking systems, and commission models. You diagnose issues and scale what works
  • Strong analytical skills - You audit performance, interpret trends, and translate analysis into decisions
  • Communication and negotiation skills - You build trusted partnerships, align commercial interests, and create executive narratives
  • High ownership mindset - You prioritize impact, choose pragmatic solutions, and proactively surface blockers with solutions
  • E-commerce or marketplace experience
  • Multi-country scope management
  • Fraud prevention background
  • Product and data team collaboration experience
