About the role

  • Operational Administrator providing essential administrative support at Babcock's Bovington site. Coordinating site operations and maintaining operational documentation with a focus on efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across multiple teams to ensure smooth site operations
  • Prepare and distribute weekly cascade briefs to all site staff
  • Manage and maintain site notice boards, including digital platforms
  • Support key meetings, site visits, and audits, including preparing and updating Records of Decisions (RODs) and presentation materials
  • Maintain and update operational trackers, such as RAID registers, business continuity plans, and safety documentation
  • Take accurate meeting notes, manage action logs, and follow up on outstanding items within agreed timeframes.

Requirements

  • Proficient in using ERP systems (such as SAP) with the ability to manage and process data effectively
  • Minimum education requirement: Level 2 qualification under the National Qualification Framework (e.g., GCSE grade C or above, Level 1 NVQ, or Level 1 Diploma)
  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
