Responsibilities
- Participate to define central transversal services and support the execution of global Digital & IT strategy.
- Conduct transversal architecture studies to identify suitable IT solutions.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to understand their requirements.
- Apply architecture governance for validation of designed architectures and solutions.
- Assist in developing and maintaining enterprise architecture standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Work with local architecture teams to review and assess architectures.
- Promote the adoption of centrally delivered services and facilitate the rationalization of the IT landscape.
- Act as a liaison between supported countries and central Enterprise Architecture team.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to local architecture teams.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Master degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- 10 years of expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in IS strategy and governance.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in managing large application repositories and KPI reporting.
- Strong understanding of Information technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
